Shipping policy

We ship to addresses within the United States.

 

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

 

Delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days from the day your order ships, depending on where you are.

 

Standard US shipping is free on orders of $89.99 or more. Orders below $89.99 ship for $4.95. The same threshold applies to each subscription renewal.

 

If your order has not arrived within 21 business days of shipping, email us at help@tryruxton.com and we will sort it out.

 

Wrong address? Email us within 24 hours of ordering and we will try to correct it before the order leaves.
